Mama's Circle at KADA

Here’s the deal: this is Circle Time — a gathering for soon-to-be mamas at any stage of pregnancy.

Why am I hosting this?

Because this is deeply personal to me. I have such a soft spot for pregnant women and everything we endure during this phase of life. And while this isn’t my first rodeo, it is my first time experiencing pregnancy older, more aware, more grounded, and with far more knowledge than I ever had before. I believe it’s important to share what we learn as we grow, and to speak life and wisdom into our younger sisters who are walking the same path we once did.

In this circle, we’ll talk about everything — what to expect, how our partners or families can support us, and the wide range of normal symptoms we experience. We’ll discuss the internal shifts that happen mentally, emotionally, and physiologically. And most importantly,…
